This dinner event is one of a series featuring internationally renowned chefs who offer innovative approaches to multi-course dining experiences. Please consider joining us for this evening of fine dining and intimate conversation featuring the cuisine of Chef Chris Loye, the culinary mind behind Flavour on the Scottish Isle of Harris.
The venue is a special place, too; Chef's Dinner Table is a private culinary salon tucked away in a downtown NYC loft offering the ultimate experience in luxury private dining.
Note: all food, drink and gratuities are included with your ticket purchase, so you don't need to worry about settling a bill at the end of the night.
ABOUT THE CHEF:
Chris Loye is the owner and head chef of Flavour, a small restaurant on the Isle of Harris in Scotland’s Outer Hebrides. Flavour began in 2016 as a pop-up restaurant in his home living room and is now getting ready for the 6th season in their current venue.
Within the unique setting every table is a "chef's table" as you dine directly in the kitchen, giving you the opportunity to see the meal being plated up live in front of you Guests are guided through a seasonal tasting menu inspired by Chris’s love of foraging, home-grown ingredients, and carefully sourced island produce.
In November 2024, Flavour won the Highlands and Islands Restaurant of the Year. Chris also competed in the final of Scottish culinary championships. We are thrilled to collaborate with the Isle of Harris distillery bringing a taste of our wonderful island produce to Chef’s Dinner Table!

Scottish Smoked Salmon Soufflé, Harris gin split whey sauce
Starter:
Seared Scallop, Cauliflower, shellfish foam, seaweed caramel

Fillet of Beef, Oyster Mushroom, Haggis crouquette, turnip puree, Hearach Oloroso whisky & pepper sauce
