Perhaps the most quintessential celebratory dish of both Cuba and Puerto Rico, is "Lechon", a whole roasted pig, set before guests to announce the commencement of a feast.  The importance of this culinary tradition is reflected in the word "Lechonada", which translates as "pig-roast party", and that is exactly what we have in mind..." 

Please consider joining us for this special evening of fine dining and intimate conversation featuring a 4-course tasting menu professionally paired with exquisite wines.  The venue is a special place, too; Chef's Dinner Table is a private culinary salon tucked away in a downtown NYC loft offering the ultimate experience in luxury private dining.

Note: all food, drink and gratuities are included with your ticket purchase, so you don't need to worry about settling a bill at the end of the night.

ABOUT THE CHEF:

Jorge has accumulated over 30 years of culinary experience. His journey began in the vibrant city of Havana, working at some of the most renowned hotels on the beautiful island of Cuba, such as El Hotel Nacional, and the world-famous restaurant La Bodeguita Del Medio. He continued to expand his expertise while traveling across continents aboard top-of-the-line leisure cruises. Through these experiences, Jorge not only developed a unique approach to his cuisine but also mastered the art of bringing "el sabor" to his clients.

His cooking knows no boundaries—whether he’s preparing the best Indian dishes or the traditional Puerco Asado (of course), he infuses every dish with his signature "sazón" and a smile. Currently, Jorge is sharing his joy, energy, and "comida sabrosa" directly with his clients. He recently launched his own catering company, which has quickly attracted a diverse clientele, including luxury private yacht events with A-list guests.
