Chef's Dinner Series Presents...Pierre Magnolini

132 Mulberry Street, No. 502, New York, NY 10013

This dinner event is one of a series featuring internationally renowned chefs who offer innovative approaches to multi-course dining experiences. Please consider joining us for this evening of fine dining and intimate conversation featuring the cuisine of Chef Pierre Magnolini, who led NYC's own Frevo to earn its Michelin Star as Chef de Cuisine.

The venue is a special place, too; Chef's Dinner Table is a private culinary salon tucked away in a downtown NYC loft offering the ultimate experience in luxury private dining.

Note: all food, drink and gratuities are included with your ticket purchase, so you don't need to worry about settling a bill at the end of the night.

ABOUT THE CHEF:

Originally from Nancy in France’s Lorraine region, Chef Pierre Magnolini began his culinary training at just 16 before moving to Paris at 20 to pursue fine dining at the highest level. Nearly two decades later, his career reflects a deep commitment to craft, discipline, and thoughtful execution.

Pierre built his reputation in New York City as Chef de Cuisine at Frevo, where he led the restaurant to earn a Michelin Star. In one of the most competitive dining scenes in the world, he stood out for his precision, creative leadership, and uncompromising standards—bringing bold yet balanced flavors to every plate.

His foundation was shaped in some of France’s most revered kitchens, training under chefs such as Alain Ducasse and refining his technique at Plaza Athénée and Le Meurice during their three-Michelin-Star eras. He further developed his voice at Lucas Carton, Hôtel de Crillon, and Restaurant Rech, where tradition and innovation meet with intention.

At the core of Pierre’s cooking is classical technique paired with a modern sensibility. His approach is minimalist but layered—transforming simple ingredients into refined, memorable dishes. For Pierre, a plate is never just food; it’s an experience, built with care, balance, and purpose, whether part of a tasting menu or an à la carte moment.
