Chef's Dinner Series Presents... Cedric Gayon

132 Mulberry Street, No. 502, New York, NY 10013

This dinner event is one of a series featuring up-and-coming chefs in the New York City area who offer innovative approaches to multi-course dining experiences. Please consider joining us for this evening of fine dining and intimate conversation featuring a 5-course tasting menu professionally paired with a series of creative cocktails by bartender Eric Maldonado, who has worked at numerous 50 Best Bars. Eric tends to take an intentional, minimalistic approach to crafting cocktails while exploring bold and innovative flavors. Chef Cedric Gayon has planned another special menu celebrating the five experiential tastes of the human palate: sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami.

The venue is a special place, too; Chef's Dinner Table is a private culinary salon tucked away in a downtown NYC loft offering the ultimate experience in luxury private dining.

Note: all food, drink and gratuities are included with your ticket purchase, so you don't need to worry about settling a bill at the end of the night.
