CHEF ANTHONY NICHOLS

Chef Anthony Nichols is a New York–based chef and entrepreneur whose cooking is shaped by his Puerto Rican roots, classical French training, and more than two decades in professional kitchens. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, he has built a career across acclaimed New York restaurants, executive chef roles, and culinary development, and currently produces thousands of meals for CookUnity.

Beyond the kitchen, Anthony is building ESO, a line of seasonings and a forthcoming restaurant concept. Through the Puerto Rican Cookbook Club (@prcookbookclub), he spotlights and celebrates cookbooks by Puerto Rican authors. His work also extends into media, with contributions to Gronda and a vertical drama “Be Grateful” in development for 2027.

A special-needs parent, Anthony is a committed advocate for autism awareness and believes deeply in food's power to serve the community.  

The evening begins with cocktails at 6:00 PM, followed by a special dining experience inspired by the tropical flavors of Puerto Rico and Chef Anthony’s distinctive culinary style.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
-Yes. Please email Info@ChefsDinnerTableNYC.com with your dietary needs with at least 3 days notice. With less notice, we will undertake our best effort (but cannot guarantee) to accommodate your dietary restrictions.

Is there a dress code?
-The tone of the evening will be somewhere between smart-casual and elegant. Men are encouraged (not required) to wear a dinner jacket.

Are there any ID requirements or an age limits to enter the event?
-Guests must be at least 21 Years of age with valid ID.

What is the refund policy? Is my registration/ticket transferable?
-While tickets are not refundable, they are transferable to anyone of legal drinking age. If you are unable to use your ticket, we will undertake to re-sell your ticket on a best-efforts basis subject to a 20% service fee.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
-No. (just have some ID handy)
